Andrew Waffenschmidt is a New York-based Video Editor and Producer with 15+ years of experience. He primarily works on commercials and other short-form content.

In 2012, he co-founded Astoria Film. In his time there, he worked with several major brands including White Castle, Florida's Natural, Penguin Random House, Johnson & Johnson, American Airlines, Mercedes Benz, Thrillist, Harlequin Publishing, and numerous others.​ In 2025, he sold his stake in Astoria Film.

Since 2024, he has worked in-house at Morgan & Morgan. Since starting, he’s edited TV spots featuring actor Frankie Muniz, golfer John Daly, WWE star Liv Morgan, and many other partners.

Andrew grew up in Wisconsin, and has proudly called Astoria, NY home for almost 20 years.
